Refund policy

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags if applicable, and in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Each LAX PANDA item is embroidered after purchase. Because of this, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has started.

To start a return, contact us at laxpandaapparel@gmail.com. Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the problem and make it right.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on worn, washed, damaged, altered, or used items. We also do not accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or items returned without approval.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or color is to request a return for the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
