Shipping Policy
Each LAX PANDA item is embroidered after purchase. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping rates
Standard Shipping: $8
Express Shipping: $15
Shipping times
Shipping times begin after production is complete and your order has been handed off to the carrier. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Order processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Because each item is embroidered after purchase, your order may not ship immediately after checkout.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available.
Incorrect shipping information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. LAX PANDA is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at laxpandaapparel@gmail.com.
Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, LAX PANDA is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages. If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at laxpandaapparel@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it and make it right.
